As part of a new division within Sony, I became involved in both the marketing and UX design roles. I partnered with the Product Manager to design mobile UI screens as well as the entire video review tool.
I consulted for with LabStar for many years to redesign their hero product, LabStar 2.0, rebuild the marketing site from the ground up, and animate countless product videos for customers and social channels. The company was acquired by market leader, 3Shape in 2022.
At Degreely, I co-founded and developed a web platform that empowers high school students by optimizing their academic schedules based on personalized data. I led the design and user experience strategy, ensuring the platform was intuitive and user-friendly for both students and administrators. By integrating advanced algorithms, we helped schools streamline scheduling and provided insights to improve student outcomes. Our platform was successfully piloted in multiple schools and secured its first contract within six months of launch.
I created the Haven Chatbot, an astrology-focused AI, by building a custom front-end interface for seamless user interaction. On the back end, I integrated a custom OpenAI wrapper to deliver personalized astrological insights based on user input, such as birth date, time, and location. The chatbot dynamically generates accurate readings, pulling from astrological data and models I implemented, including custom APIs for real-time chart analysis. This blend of intuitive front-end design with sophisticated back-end logic ensures users receive engaging, tailored astrological experiences.

We launched a competitive SaaS product called 'Ci,' which promised to sync footage from Sony cameras on set to a cloud account with proxies for editors to begin cutting dailies.

When I was brought on, Sony DADC needed to pivot from physical production to digital asset delivery. I spearheaded a rebrand that helped shape the future of the company as a leader in asset management and digital supply chain operations.

I partnered with Laura Hunt to assemble her website portfolio. Shee needed a refreshed, but elegant and simple wordmark, which I embellished with subtle accents. I built her website from scratch on top of WordPress.
The challenge with this project was to maintain a Samsung brand affinity and match the existing Samsung HQ websites, while featuring the San Jose campus and local job opportunities. The existing domain structure was also scattered and discombobulated. The new website launched with a consolidated blog, careers site, and completely renovated labs and business division pages.
